Gopher Science Lab (primary and secondary students)
We are piloting a new event called Gopher Science Lab were we invite six teams of inquisitive primary students and their teachers to a local secondary school for science demonstrations and fun. We hope to eventually provide resources to allow secondary schools to host these events thermselves. Check here for updates on this project in March 2012.

Dialogue in Science CPD
2011 May
Tower Building, London Metropolitan University
We tried out our new Drug Trials slideshow and stimulus to model discussion facilitation techniques with 29 lovely secondary science PGCE students. Feedback showed that 100% of respondents would recommend the session to a colleague and 100% intend to try out the techniques with their students!

Dialogue in Science CPD
2011 April
Harcourt Hill Campus, Oxford Brookes University
Our first return visit to a University! Oxford PGCE students discussed the issues surrounding drug trials to model classroom techniques for framing a group discussion. Lots of positive feedback and an invitation for next year!
